Per-strategy options order execution — fill rate, time-to-fill, pricing distance. Descriptive, not prescriptive.
One row per (strategy, structure type); broken-wing butterflies split by credit/debit variant (#845). Stale-swept = entries the #575/#577 sweep cancelled before they filled (the S6 failure signature). Verdict applies the #834 promote/retire rule: ≥30% Promote · ≥3% Hold · <3% Retire (needs ≥10 attempts). Pricing distance is reserved for v2 (requires leg-level signal_metadata backfill — see #614).
